Hi, I have reactivated my account after 18 months away I have selected package 11 and made payment. I loaded my old chartbook which loads up but it is stuck on ES contract from Oct 20. I am a bit rusty with SC so I went perform futures symbol rollover but there is no new contracts to select. What am I doing wrong ?

There definitely should be contracts to select when you do the rollover. It often defaults to the current contract, and you have to open the pulldown to view the rest of the contracts in the list. We would like to know if this is not working for some reason, so let us know.

If this is not working, then you can always change the symbol through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol and enter the current contract or use the Find option to pull the symbol from the Find Symbol window.

Also, we noticed that although you are on Package 11, you have not completed all the steps to get the real-time data. Make sure you go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:

Also, make sure that you connect your Sierra Chart to your live trading account in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following:
