sierra chart not downloadin to laptop

i have tried to download the chart several times but i keep getting nothing. i turned off my anti-virus and reinstalled sierra and still nothing. i have a Dell xps I7 please advise. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
