I have not had any subscription with you for a while now but want to reactivate my account. I still have the software downloaded and my old chartbook that I used to use, will these still work ? I wouldnt be placing trades on the platform I just want it back for TPO charting. Am I able to reactivate (with a live data feed)through my account management on the site ? I am sure I used to pay for the services through my AMP futures account, I now trade through a UK broker (tax free) so because of this is there a way to pay directly for the software & data without AMP involved as I no longer use them. As I said my need for getting Sierra back is mainly for the TPO charting.Please let me know my options thanks.

Yes. Although update Sierra Chart following these instructions:

You do not need to involve AMP at all.

Regarding data, What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

OK I have done the fast update and I have read the futures data link. I want package 11 advanced package with data. I have an old chartbook will I still be able to use this or will it cause issues being so old ?

It depends on how old it is. You will just have to try and open it and see if it works.

I have selected package 11 made payment. I loaded my old chartbook which loads up it is on a old futures contract from OCT 2020 so I tried to select
chart> perform futures contract rollover like I used to do but there is no current contract symbols to select the list is just blank am I missing something ?
