Hello I currently subscribe the package 5 data but would like to know if this package includes ARCA and NASDAQ TotalView. If not which package should I switch to? |

We see that you are getting the U.S. Equities from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. If you are fine with this data and do not need the Market Depth from the NASDAQ TotalView data, then you can stay with what you have now. If you want to switch, first be aware of the differences in the Volume data. Refer to the following: How to Use New NASDAQ Total View Data Feed | Post: 301743 If you still want to switch (or even use both) then you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the NASDAQ TotalView data. That requires that you are on Package 10, 11 or 12, as these include the Denali Data Feed Fee. In your case, since you are on Package 5 now, you would need to change to Package 11. To setup the NASDAQ TotalView, follow the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Note that if you do switch, you will need to add the the suffix of '-NQTV' for the TotalView data symbols. Also, if you are not going to use the older Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed data, then be sure you deactivate the exchanges and connections so you do not continue to pay for what you are not using.
