Ok this is thing. Im a AMP futures client, and I use Sierra chart package 5, cause I need level 2. I also have cqg data feed. So I want to know exactly what package I need in order to switch to Sierra chart data feed instead of keep using cqg. I need to say that I only trade CME instruments, more specific E-mini SP500, Nasdaq & Russell 2000, so I don't need more instruments. If I understand correctly what I already read on your website, is that I have to choose package 11, in order to have level 2, and the Denali data feed service, correct? And also pay for the exchange, in this case just for the CME, (10 usd) right?

Now what is the step by step I need to implement to let know my broker (amp futures), that I don't want anymore the cqg data? Can you help me with all of this, because is a little confused. And also what about Teton order routing? Do I really need it, or just with the Denali service and paying the exchange is all what I need to trade, as I been doing until now with cqg? Thanks.

First, do you use the Market Depth Historical Graph to view the Level 2 data, or do you just need it displayed in the DOM? If you are not using the Market Depth Historical Graph (or other Advanced Features such as Numbers Bars), then you should be using the Standard Package. You can view the Level 2 data in the DOM on any package. Refer to the differences in the packages here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

That being said, then the first thing you need to do is to follow the instructions at the following link to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

As to the exchange you should select, given what you state, the exchange CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts would the right choice at $11.00 per month.

After you have the data setup complete, then you will need to let AMP know that you do not need the CQG data any longer. You just need to call and tell them this is the case and that you are getting your data from us. They will take care of stopping the CQG data for you.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I need the package 5 because I need to display the footprint. So what I understand is that I need to pay package 11 (46 usd) and pay for the exchange. In this case (5.25 usd) because I need just the e-mini sp500, e-mini nasdaq and e-mini Russell. So here my question is why in your last answer of my post you said that the exchange I need is "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts would the right choice at $11.00 per month."....when in the same website I can see that the price is $5.25...Which is correct price? And finally do Sierra chart, charge any commission per trade?

Thanks a lot!

The prices listed here are the correct prices:

Exchanges change their prices often and we cannot keep up with updating screenshots.

If you do not need market depth data, the exchange fee cost is 1.25 USD per month.

And finally do Sierra chart, charge any commission per trade?
No.
