my sierra chart software is not showing no charts, even that i put enough money in the account for the service, it is saying that the password and username are wrong but i made sure it was not. it also says sevice will be renew in 54 days now that i press activate now, everytime i do dates get farther and farther away, thanks

Where exactly are you getting the message about an incorrect Username and Password and what exactly is the message?

in the first window to open the application , on the dashboard of my computer, as soon as i want to open the application, i click the icon, program opens and loads, log in goes straight because my username and password are recorded and then programm opens but is not connected and soon after a second window opens saying i have incorrect username or password , but then it does not make sense since i go to help, data trade services and connects to my accout. after logging the next message is this , connection error message from device, cqg webapi, logon unsuccesfull, server message, username or password incorrect date and time thanks |
