Not sure how to renew monthly connection to keep real time data with cme. Have an AMP futures account.

pressed disconnect and then to data/trade where I switched to cqg in data settings then switched back and reconnected to SC all services with connect to data feed but realtime connection does happen- message reading |

connection error message from CQG Web/Logon unsuccessful. Server message.Username or password is incorrect.

Not sure what to do

The Username or Password you entered for CQG were incorrect. Try entering them again and if you continue to get the same message then you would need to check with your broker to see about changing the password.
