Hi SC Support,

I subscribed to your data feed while having IB account. I believe I set up everything correctly following your guide. I need 4 symbols at the moment and NQ is the only one showing data from the time I logged on but there is no backfill possible. I cant see no "M". Then I tried another symbols and it is not working at all. Find copied the log below. Cany you give me a piece of advice please? Thanks.

Make sure Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.


You also need to enable one of the CME exchanges here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges

If you do not need market depth data, then choose the one for 4USD.
