Empty chart

Hello,

This morning I decided to pull out an old chart (footprint) that I've made during the March contract.
When I loaded the chartbook it asked me to roll over, which I did, but now the chart is just emtpy.

Right clicking on the chart is not possible also... nothing happends.

The other charts in the chartbook works fine, but not sure what is going on with this one.

Anyways to debug that ?

The Footprint chart shows up fine for us (Chart #2). Here is an image of the chart:

If you are having an issue with this chart, then right click on the price ladder on the right and select 'Reset'. IF that does not fix your issue, then let us know and give us a screen image of what you are seeing.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

The one thing we can see is that you are using the March ES contract which is no longer trading. You need to change to the June contract. Make this change and then see if you continue to have an issue.
