I have activated the EUREX data feed and have gone through the DOM troubleshooting steps. I still cannot see market depth information.

Your account setup looks good, so there is no issue there. I have set the platform up exactly as described in both of these webpages and my market depth still reflects only 1bid 1ask with no orders visible. I have checked the settings on my end multiple times and as far as I can tell I am in compliance with the correct setup. I am currently watching a replay of the Bund or BOBL with no market data.

When the market is open, stop the replay, and open a Market Depth Window and see if you have market depth data there: File Menu: Open Market Depth Window (File) Make sure you are using the symbols listed under File >> Find Symbol >> Futures-EUREX only. Hi SCE, If I activate the EUREX exchange (EUREX EOBI) for Denali in the User Control Panel, is market depth data included? Unlike the listings for CME Group exchanges where users can activate an exchange and choose between 'top-of-book' L1 data only, or with market depth...I don't see such choice on EUREX listings. |

The EUREX EOBI exchange includes the Market Depth data. There is not an option to get the exchange data without it (unlike the CME Group).
