Hello, My goal is to be able to see the market depth across as many instruments as I can. I have just sent the check to fund a futures account with Stage 5, but I am starting a thread to facilitate further support in this regard. My primary instrument I day trade is DAX, and I have filled and paid for EUREX data. However, my goal is to be able view all available products on Denali feed. My DOM still just shows 1 bid and 1 ask. I absolutely cannot figure this equipment out on my own. I am attaching screenshots. I would also like to be thoroughly clear, that I HAVE completely read all of the policies regarding and pertaining to the implementation of the feeds, various payments and subscriptions required, and will continue to attempt to grasp a full understanding of the software and interactions between SC and the various data feeds. Having done so, I will persist until I am successful in seeing real time AND historical data as it is necessary to fulfill my obligations to becoming a better trader and a complete understanding of the market data systems.

I just read a thread where someone was having an issue, said he had been digging around a couple of hours and SC Support offered to call him. I have probably 10-15 hours digging and days with the same situation and I have had this thread here for the better part of the day with no response. It really seems like I am being ignored, which in the user self help documentation, it literally says will happen, but I just don't understand why. I am sincerely trying EXTREMELY hard to get everything together. I am begging for help here.

When I load ANY product on the EUREX Exchange, For example BOBL FGBL, even the futures contract for DAX, I should be able to replay the chart with market depth data. It only shows 1bid 1offer at current price. The Ticker reflects the same thing. Why is that?
