Hello, I tried to activate NASDAQ exchange but getting below error during my trial. (The selected Exchange can only be activated if you have a non-trial Sierra Chart account.) I want to check/test accuracy of real-time data and some other requirements before buying service package 10/11/12 and before moving to denali data feed from interactive brokers. Is there any way to activate NASDAQ exchange during trial? Thank you |

We just had to set your account to a particular service package. We set it to 12, and you can change that later. So you can now go ahead and activate the NASDAQ exchange.
