It seems that as I am 4 days away before Sierra charts trail ends. The live feed no longer works! Would you address this since I am on the verge of making a decision of whether to join? Thnaks.

Tell us the symbol of one of the charts. And are you at the very least getting streaming delayed data? Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You are not setup to get real-time data from us, so you have not been getting any real-time data. Additionally, we see that you are on Package 10 at this point and not on a Trial. The first thing to keep in mind is that you have access to our Delayed Streaming Data which includes data from the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ. The data acts like real-time data but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). This lets you learn how to use Sierra Chart without having to pay for real-time data. Note that to get the NASDAQ TotalView delayed streaming data, you need to add the suffix '-NQTV' to the end of the equity symbol. For example, for Apple you would use the symbol 'AAPL-NQTV'. But, if you want to have real-time data, then you will need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
