Hello, I just got the détails from Dukascopy to connect their data feed to Sierra. I get the following message from Sierra : "error connecting to the data trade service" Server: demo-api.dukascopy.com or : 194.8.15.140 Sender Comp ID: DEMO1sPmXD_DEMOFIX TargetID: DUKASCOPYFIX Username / Password: your usual id I was phoning with them, they suggest me to ask to Sierra support. Please let me know what I should check / do. Thanks in advance. |
