I trade NQ with AMP as my broker.
Over the weekend, I switched to Denali data feed from CQG.
When i trade this morning, it automatically goes into SIMULATION mode.
I have no notified AMP about the data feed change yet.

Is this SC issue or AMP issue?
what is going on and how can this be fixed?

on SC, in the "Account Balances Window", it shows my AMP account information including correct balances of my account. However, when I try to trade, it goes into simulation mode. is this connection/link issue between SC and AMP? can you guys fix this?

i can't trade until this problem is resolved.
i am not sure why this issue/possibility is not covered in our documentation for data feed switch.
pls respond/fix asap

You need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "CQG Web API".

For complete instructions, refer to:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

You will still be able to use the Denali Data Feed.

this is very confusing and time wasting...

i did what you told me to do above...
then, the charts point to the data files generated with CQG instead of Denali. the charts are pointing to F.US.ENQM22 instead of NQ.CME

Yes this is correct and the way it needs to be!

The information here explains this clearly:

We are not going to repeat here, what the documentation explains very clearly.

ok. i will read that.

so, i can just leave "username" and "password" under "service settings" in File=>Data/Trade Service Settings?
i don't have to blank them out?

Those must be set to your CQG username and password.
