Can't delete horizontal line.

Hi. I have a TPO birds-eye view chart with a couple of horizontal lines on it. No matter what I do, I cannot select them, nor delete them.

I am not even sure I put them on there, being that I got the chartbook from someone else. If I did they would have originally been extended lines.

I can just make a new chart and get rid of this one to solve the problem, but I am very curious to why I cannot do anything with them.

Also, they don't seem to be some kind of Study.

Yes, you were right. It was from the Volume by Price Study. Value Are High Value, and Value Area Low Value. Thanks.
