Overlapping prices on DOM

Hi there, I recently activated my package to have MOB included with the denali data exchange, I'm using a particular DOM but prices are overlapping sometimes on top of each other.
My sessions are 24h for 6E yet I can't seem to figure it out why it's overlapping, even resetting the scale chart stays the same.
If I could get some help would be amazing.
I'll attach here a picture of how it looks as well.
And since I'm writing this concern, I also want to point out the Chart Settings window appears differently then what it used to be as a normal grey normal window, now it shows in black and if I can change this back to normal.
I tried installing the latest release yet still the same.

First for proper functioning of market depth data you cannot change the tick size or Price Display Format. Neither of those are set correctly. You must have changed them.

Follow these instructions to set them to the default:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

And if they are still not set correctly after doing the above disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings Values:
