is it possible to change my package to the one with denali data feed, becaue i cant connect to rithmic with my current package service, and both packages have the same price

You can actually connect to Rithmic on service package 5, but we have now changed it to 11. However, if you still cannot connect, we would need to see the Message Log to know why. so is it possible to normally trade with rithmic if ure on package 5 and dont have denali feed ?

The answer is no. You need to have Service Package 10 or higher, and pay the required exchange fee. Otherwise, you will have issues with historical data.
