Have two SC instances on the same machine

SC1 - connected to Denali via "CQG for trading with SC datafeed support checked"
SC2 - connected to Denali via the "SC Data All Services"

Intermittently (the last occurrence was today) getting the following error - which i (for now) resolve by disconnecting one of the SC instances. Such error contradicts to the Denali licensing terms and conditions i am paying for and should be fixed asap

SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2022-03-16 10:14:46.096

And you are certain that you do not have Sierra Chart running on another computer somewhere?

Or, are you running Sierra Chart on a Virtual system, such that your two installations may be on the same computer, but on different virtual machines? This would be seen as multiple computers and not the same computer.
