Hi. I've been on here for hours, looking on here for answers and I still haven't gotten anywhere. All I want to do is trade the "micro emini russell. That's all. I dont care how I get there, I'll use denali, or not. I paid to activate. Can you please just give me step by step instructions on how I can do all this. I selected non professional, i just want to live trade micro emini russell. Its saying my Data feed is not enabled on the account, yet it is, I did pay but when i pick either cme non professional top of book or full cme group or cme with market depth, Nothing Happens? Can you please help, is there a phone number I can call, anything. I cant replay back so I have to create a new ticket. Can you tell me where i would start from the beginning to finally get this thing to work. i Just want the basic plan. I have sierra sharts, im a non professional. CQG is selected on Serra charts and I am currently active on here. Thank you |

To get the Denali data for the CME Group, you need to follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* In particular, you need to change your package to either 10, 11, or 12, and you need to activate the exchange.
