MNQ and MHI chart time not up to date even deleted redownload

Dear Sierra Chart, I have experienced MNQ chart not at current time today and i traded. I thought the chart was at current time (15:06pm) but in fact, it was only up to 14:55pm. My side by side MHI chart was at current time at 15:06. After i traded and i realized this, i immediately go to edit and deleted and redownloaded all the data. However, even after several times, it still does not work. Please advise what i can do next time to ensure that my chart are at current time. And i don't even know how to fix this problem now.
