"Easy" solution with AMP no longer working?

Hello,
I am currently only receiving delayed data to my charts. I opened an account with AMP(Rithmic feed) to avoid having to connect Sierra to my "live" futures account once per month. Is this no longer a supported option? Also, I attempted to manually connect/disconnect to my AMP account without success. The attached image shows the message I have gotten.

There are ongoing problems with this functionality on the AMP side and we are no longer maintaining it and contacting them every time there is an issue. So just manually connect. But we can see you cannot even do that to Rithmic. And why use Rithmic when you have to pay a fee of 25USD a-month for Rithmic?

Thank you for the reply. So an account with Stage5 or Edgeclear will alleviate the need to connect to a "live" account once per month?

No you still have to connect once a month or just stay connected to the Teton order routing service which should be fine. You can just set Sierra Chart to Trade Simulation Mode and we can ensure whatever symbols you need we will add to the Teton service.

And there are no monthly fees. Also you need to use Stage 5 because we do not think Edge clear would open account for 100 or 200 USD.
