I wanted my personal information(email, name, address etc) to be permanently removed from the platform, there isn't a way to do that?

You can change these: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo When you change them, we recommend changing them to "unset" and for the email address you can use support@sierrachart.com. And also it needs to be understood, that with online services where you can supposedly remove your account, if there are financial related transactions, the transaction history is always maintained.
