I think i have the same problem,my numbers of bars chart act weird and my DOM too,I tried reload every chart but still doesn t work

In regards to post #5 and #6, the symbol related settings in the Chart Settings are definitely wrong and possibly the Global Symbol Settings.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings Values.

Apply the symbol settings to the chart:

Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts


If you still have a problem open a new chart altogether.

We do not observe any problems with this chart:

But we tested it with a different service, and the relevant Symbol Settings were set accordingly to that automatically.

Which means, if you do this you should not have any issue:

This multiplier and the next one both need to be set to .01:
Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
Chart Settings: Historical Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
