Hello
Due to the changes and the need to find a new broker, financial matters need to be solved.
please tell me what should I do with the money in my Transact account?
Can I transfer it directly to the account of the new broker?
Do I need to pick up money from Transact?
Will they give me the whole amount or will they deduct a fee?
I am asking for a short but detailed answer.
Please also remember that I am from Poland and there are huge fees for transferring from America to Poland and vice versa.
Yours sincerely

Hello
I am curious how much I will pay you for the chart in the new version Teton Order Routing Service?
So far I am paying 25$ per month.
Yours sincerely

It will be 36 USD per month for Sierra Chart for service package 10. And your new broker will answer your first question. They can handle the transfer for you.

Hi Bogdan,

In my opinion the best and easiest solution is to send the funds directly from Transact to your account at Stage 5 via wire. Transact will charge their standard wire transfer fee, but hopefully you will make up for it and more with commission savings!

Once your account is approved, we will send you the wire instructions that you can provide to Transact.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions or we can help with anything further, please let us know.

Thank you,
Anthony

In the message from March 7, you wrote that
"CQG and Rithmic have per transaction costs ($ 0.10- $ 0.25 per contract). With Teton order routing I pay nothing".
How does this relate to reality, since Stage5 informed me that I have to pay $ 0.50, 0.60, 0.02 per contract.
Yours sincerely

There is a difference between commissions and exchange fees, and order routing fees. Teton has no order routing fees.

Sierra Chart is correct. Sorry for the confusion Bogdan.

Teton Order routing has no additional fees for transaction fees or monthly api fees. CQG is $10 a month plus $0.10 per contract and Rithmic is $0.10 per contract with a monthly minimum of $25.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or we can help with anything in addition.

Thank you,
Anthony

I do not understand why I receive information from the risk manager,
that I am approaching a dangerous level of $ 350.
I have over $ 700 in my account, so I am far from risking it.
I understand, if I had $ 400 then this information would be valuable.
At the moment I do not see a threat and this information only annoys me and unnecessarily stresses me when playing.

Hi Bogdan,

The note from the risk manager is a courtesy message to alert you that your position is approaching the risk liquidation threshold. This can be either approaching the $200 minimum balance to trade micros & $500 on non micro positions, or your position could be approaching the 5% equity to margin ratio. These are meant to help so your position isn't liquidated.

Please let me know if you have any questions on the risk rules and we will send you detailed instructions.

Thank you,
Anthony
