Lmax Tick Data Problems

Hello Sierra, I have a little trouble with Lmax data. I set up the tich chart using the Lmaxs data feed, however, the tick cant not form a bar based on the number of ticks in real time, it just builed only one bar. Weirdly, when I deleted and downloaded the data, these bars can be formed based on the number of transactions set up. And it continues to form only one bar again until I repeated the process again. I checked the platform of Lmax (IT Chart Advanced). The tick chart they provide it counts in real time. Could you please check the problem for me? Thanks in advance! Kindly regards, Hung Vu |
