Hello; Recently installed SC on another computer. Copied the contents of the account files & data files (chartbooks, etc) over to it. While on separate networks in my home, they ran fine, but while ont he same network they interrupted each other and threw this error. I thought I could have 2 instances up - both are using SC All-Services data feed connection. Please let me know what you think the issue is. This has nothing to do with the networking. The exchanges do not allow multiple connections to the data feed at the same time unless you pay for it. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
