Both the data feeds for ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE & ETHUSD_PERP_BINANCE don't load. I have no issue with BTCUSDT_PERP_BINANCE or any of the other Binance data feeds. Is there any chance of fixing this as these are the only ETH perp feeds worth looking for me, that you list. Thanks |

What exactly does that mean? Is the chart blank? Or what specifically? To clarify, it doesn't load instantly like the other feeds. When I load a chart with BTCUSDT_PERP_BINANCE the chart loads the data within seconds. With ETH it shows it's loading but will take an entire day to get to 100% and will often crash the program or the loading bar will disappear from the chart and I'll have to try and refresh. What studies are on those charts? Open a new chart for that symbol without any studies at all and see if it loads fast. It does not matter if another user has the issue. We can load the chart in about 10 seconds: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1646398605462.png One year of data. We know what the problem is. It is explained here: Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services: Important: Volume at Price Studies with Cryptocurrency Symbols Close all of those charts that are loading slowly and do not use them ever again. Open a new chart . Without any studies at all. And set the Tick Size to 1 and uncheck Auto Set from Data Feed. Also what exactly did you do?: I've already done this.
