On my daily ES historical chart, since updating to v.2363, I get the following error message when I click anywhere on the chart. I cannot access the chart's shortcut menu by right clicking on the chart.

F.US.EPH22 [CBV] Daily #1 | Caught an unhandled exception in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 123, wParam: 197734, lParam: -76938514 | 2022-03-01 13:21:04.085 *

Send us the Chartbook you are using and we will test this. Instructions:

And let us know the chart number you are right clicking on. That will be on the top of the chart after the #.

Also, you will need to restart Sierra Chart at this time. And make sure to enable the Safe Mode option on the login window.

The chart # is #1 (F.US.EPH22). If I change the symbol from F.US.EPH22, the exception does not occur. The exception in the attached cht. is occurring in my second sub-instance of Sierra Chart. I am now logged in under safe mode - thank you.

We do see an issue. We are looking into it. It is not a problem on your side. There is something graphics related. Related to OpenGL causing this.

This is no longer an issue for me. I deleted and remade the chart. FYI, OpenGL is not turned on for me in Graphics Settings Global if that helps you. I'm unsubscribing to the thread. Thank you
