Chart orders aren't the same as Trade window orders

How do I get the Chat orders (stops & Targets) to be the same as the Trade Window orders stops & targets. When I right click on the chart and select Buy MKT, the stops and targets are different than my Trade Window BU MKT stops & targets. |
