Hello, I hope you can help me with this issue. I'm entering trades manually and using this study to exit via Kiwi. It work great when I'm just trading one contract. The issue is if I add on a 2nd contract as he trade moves in my favor, I want BOTH contracts to be trailing the price. But only one is doing that....the 2nd contract I have to move manually to the Kiwi stop. How can I get both to follow the stop? Thanks |

The study will need to be modified. Can you share the code.

Hi....thanks for your response and help. Turns out it's not the code....which for long exit in Trade management By Study is =CROSSFROMABOVE(C,ID2.SG1) with ID2 Kiwi TS. For Longs =CROSSFROMBELOW(C,ID2.SG2) for Short Exit What is happening is if I put Both orders to Enter ie 2 resting stops to enter and enter them at the same time...then once the 2nd order fills....the trailing stop and Target don't combine with the 1st order. (See 2 contracts image) However, if I put in the order to enter the 2nd contracts AFTER the 1st fills....then they combine. See 2 contracts2 pic. The Net result seems to be the same...ie it's exiting both contracts when it hits the Stop. It's much preferable to do it via scenario 1....trying to calculate where to enter the 2nd contract to pyramid AFTER the 1st one fills is pretty tough, as NQ moves really quickly. Thanks again for your help! |
