Hi As far as I'm aware, my account has not expired. I have not changed the password and it's saved in Sierra Charts. Could you check my account please? Thanks Kind regards Pete

The fact that you have logged into and posted to the Support Board means that you have the correct Account Name and Password. Hi Just tried again and same issue. I have gone through a password reset and that has signed me back into the Support board successfully.
