I have accounts with 2 brokers. AMP Futures and Ironbeam Futures. I've successfully been using Sierra for my login to AMP by using CQG as my data feed. I just opened the Ironbeam account a couple weeks ago and got it funded last week. When I go to: File > Data / Trade Services > Current Selected Service List, and switch from CQG Web API to Teton CME Order Routing as the data feed, then click "A", the choose Ironbeam as my broker, then click Apply All, once the charts complete their download, I get a message that my data is "Delayed". Please advise how get Teton Order Routing to get Live with Ironbeam. I'm open to getting remote assistance if that's what it takes. Thank you.

In order to get the data when connected to your Ironbeam account you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Also, we recommend using 2 separate installations of Sierra Chart to connect to each of your trading accounts, so you do not need to keep switching the Data/Trade Service Settings. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Note that you can get the Denali data to both installations on the same computer without the need to pay anything extra. Also, once you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, you can cancel your data from CQG. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
