I keep getting the error message that I need to connect once a month to a live trading account to get reduced CME rates. I also now have 10 minute delayed charts. I assume these are related. I re-verified my account with Amp on Sierra Charts and I have Denali. I don't even understand why this popped up all the sudden. I haven't changed anything in months. Thanks. |

We do not know why there is an issue with the functionality here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AMPTradingAccountVerification It connects to an AMP system and that is not always working properly on the AMP side. So we cannot rely on it any longer. Instead manually connect to your trading account.
