Problems I have with my General Settings under Global Settings

I am trying to add and subtract certain charts to come up on my current chart book. What happens is now I cannot get to the Global Settings to add or remove or place charts in General Settings. Instead when I click on General settings it brings up commands and settings of my Sierra DOM. How do I reset this? Thanks. Robert

Select Global Settings >> General Settings, then make sure you select the [General 1] tab at the top (an asterisk will show next to that label indicating it is the active tab). You will find the section for Open Files on Startup in the middle of that page.
