Dear Support Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages States "As a matter of policy, EUREX historical and real-time data is provided by the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using Sierra Chart." However, I can only seem to obtain delayed Weekly. On entering "F.US.DBH22" the Euro Bund 10Yr MAR22, I cannot obtain any intraday even though the chart header says "delayed." Any help appreciated. Many thanks. |

Real-time Data for EUREX. I'd also like to know about ICE US real-time as well. Many thanks. |

Therefore complete the EUREX agreements here and activate the exchange: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliEUREX And then you do not need to pay this fee through any other provider. We do not have ICE US real-time any longer. So you will need to get that from your current source which looks like CQG. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. So if I need Brent Crude is there access to ICE Europe? Can I use Denali + other data? I was trying in the near future to move to SC for all data and routing. Many thanks |

Yes you can access ICE Europe through CQG/Interactive Brokers. You can use a mix of CQG data and Denali data at the same time in the same instance, when connected to CQG//Interactive Brokers. We do not want to get involved with anything ICE directly. There is no cost justification. Our customers can rely upon Interactive Brokers and CQG for ICE trading and market data. Or you can use IQ Feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. I've completed the additional forms for the EUREX however it's suggesting there is an additional charge for the EUREX of $25/m. The prior reply suggested that the Sierra Denali EUREX was provide at no additional cost to my current package/data. Can you clarify? Many thanks |

You do have to pay for the exchange fee for real-time data. You absolutely should know that. We would never have said otherwise.

I appreciate that and have no issues with the charges. The confusion was nothing more than my initial interpretation of: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages
As a matter of policy, EUREX historical and real-time data is provided by the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using Sierra Chart. Which seemed to suggest on using Sierra and Denali the EUREX was provided as a matter of policy - which is a little abstract but that's fine, I just needed to know I wasn't checking the wrong box and paying an unnecessary fee. Thank you for the clarification. |

Hi SCE, your team has mentioned in multiple Support Board threads that, as far back as Feb '22, ICE US & EU are no longer supported. So, I'm curious as to why their instruments/symbols are still accessible under File->Find Symbol, as well as LIFFE instruments? I'd like to start testing with DOM data of LIFFE STIR spreads - I think this data was accessible in the past via Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Fee. Please confirm that this is gone, and I must use IQfeed or other. |

There still is historical daily data for outright futures contracts provided for these exchanges. Although it is end of day delayed.
