Incorrect candles on Daily Charts

On my Sierra Charts for the Daily contracts there is a problem. Oil is 6.80 up on the day but this is showing as a red candle on the Daily chart. T Bonds up 1 26/32 again showing as a red candle on the daily charts. Whats happenning |

One thing we notice is you are using Transact data, and we do not provide support for Transact data and that will affect the last bar in a Historical Daily chart. Once again we cannot solve Transact data issues and we will not provide any support for that at all.
