FXCM Spot/CFD. USDCHF Historical - Monthly, Weekly, Daily not downloading data?

Dear Support I am just setting up a new chart-layout hence a few questions. My service package is 10 + Denali and as I'm in the UK, I'm using Denali data along with the FXCM SPOT/CFD data provided by Sierra. However, I cannot get the USDCHF - "Historical Monthly, Weekly or Daily" to download any data, even though I can see the current price in the Y-Price axis. I have tried applying the symbol to other charts and it still fails to download. The intraday charts do download and display the expected data. It just seems to be the USDCHF Many thanks. |
