DOM and Market depth not working

Hi there! I trade mainly forex and I was customizing my charts yesterday when I noticed that after opening my DOM there was no Depth of market present. Well to be precise, the DOM was moving up and down but didn't show orders inside the buy and sell columns. I was wondering if maybe you could help me figure out what may be the cause of this. I've Tried all the forex pairs (majors, minors as well as exotics) but none of them work on the DOM

There is not Market Depth data included with the Forex data.
