Everything looks good in your setup. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Who is the broker and what supported service is this through? And for stocks, to get those delayed or real time, use the -NQTV symbols. You have not paid for any data yet. What you paid for with your last transaction, was an extension of 1 month of your Usage Time. This is why your current Usage Time End Date is April 24, 2023. To view the transactions for your account select the View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts link on the main Control Panel for your account on our website. Or you can select the following link to get there directly: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog You still need to activate the exchanges for which you want real-time data. Be sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the exchanges. Also, be aware the the exchanges are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the month regardless of when within the month you activate the exchange. For instance, if you activate an exchange today (February 24, 2023) you will pay the full amount to get the data through the end of February and then you will pay again on March 1, 2023 for the month of March.
