Ok switch to Denali but considering that I have already paid for Service Pack 5 until June and price now I see is the same for Service Pack 10, can you keep that payment and let me upgrade to Service Pack 10?

When you change Service Packages we just adjust the End-Date of your Usage Time. Therefore, if you change between packages of the same cost, then your End-Date will not change. -- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. I passed to SP 11 and DENALI but at the moment you just allow me simulated trading.. I have a trading account with AMP Futures (the same I already use before), what I have to do to restart real trading? I also see an action result warning in my account control panel but I can't understand what does it mean.. Could you help me please? Best regards. |

Now everything seems ok, after switching Sierra Chart to use CQG as suggested I can make real trading and I don't see blank action result anymore. Thanks a lot. Best regards

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
