I started a quote board within a chart book using SC Historical Data. The daily data or intraday data shows up in the charts but not the quote board. The symbol shows but not any data. This does not occur with the SC Forex data, but only with the SC Historical data. Is this normal?

Yes. The Quote Board was not designed to work with Historical data only services.
