I am helping a friend. He has two identical charts (duplicated chart) on the same install of SC. The flex renko bars have a Heiken-Ashi study applied as the Main Chart Bars. When I connect to SC Data I get the same looking chart as on my system. This is what I'm trying to get to on his system. He is currently with AMP and CQG. Tick data is set properly for either SC or CQG. He uses the standard SC package whereas I use the Advanced package with Denali/Teton. Could there be something maybe in the CQG data causing this? Except for the data and the SC Package level are other things are equal near as I can tell. Thanks! (Apologies I have no access to pics right now)

Have them use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service And set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration.
