Hi, I was not using my Sierra for a week and services expired during that time Now I'm back, re-subscribed, but: 1. I can only see top of book data for CME futures that probably comes from my execution feed 3. But when I log in I see "Account Notes/Actions Required" with link to the page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices#RecentlyDeactivatedRecurringServices 3. When I click on that link I see: "2022-03-01 2022-03-01 Monthly (Calendar Month) 11.00 Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" and near the bottom: "No Deactivated Recurring Service." 4. Each restart Sierra shows message that Denali was deactivated, but when I click on the link in your panel everything looks activated Either there is some glitch with Denali renewal status or I miss something that I need to click Please advise how can I restore full access to my services |
