Hello there I am currently using Interactive Brokers. In the future I would like to connect stage5 as a secondary broker for specific reasons. Im now wondering if there is anything to be aware of when connecting a second broker to my sierra. Will all charts stay the same even if I need to switch the trading symbol? Will there be any limitiations/shortcomings when connecting a second broker to sierra? |

It is recommended that you install a second Sierra Chart in order to have one connected to one broker and then the other connected to the other broker. Refer to the information at the following link for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Also refer to the following for items you might want to copy over from the one installation to the other in order to keep the graphics and charts: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation Just one final note - as long as you are running both installations on the same computer then you can get the Denali Data to both installations at no extra cost. But, if you put them on separate computers, then you would need to pay the Exchange Fees twice. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
