Hi I want to add real data to my account. I updated to service package 5 and i want to add Denali ( Im with AMP via CQG) but i m tryingg to activate it but i can t . I m am doing something wrong? Then i wanted to ask you wich package is better cause if i m not wrongg i have to pay every month the Service Packageg 5 + Denali data ( CME,CBOT,COMEX) for 33 dollars right? Thank you |

The first thing you need to do is to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* As part of those instructions it has you change your package to Package 10, 11, or 12, as this is required in order to get the Denali data. If you do not need the Advanced features, then you would want Package 10, otherwise Package 11, and if you want to have the MBO data, then Package 12.
