Ich benütze seit einigen Monaten Sierra Chart zur Analyse, nun habe ich zu einem anderen Broker/AMP gewechselt. Ich habe in Global Settings bereits den Namen des CQG Accounts sowie das Password eingegeben. Ich bekomme aber keinen Datenfeed, nur den historical Sierra Datenfeed, wie seit Monaten. Was muss ich tun, damit ich auf diesem Wege endlich traden kann? |

Make sure you have gone through all of the Setup Instructions for CQG. You can access these at the following link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once this is done (or if you have already done it) then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that you have the correct symbols for CQG. Also, check that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, otherwise you will not get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Also, keep in mind that you only have the CME Top-of-Book data activated, so any symbols that trade on a different exchange (CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) will not have the data come from us. The system would look to get that data from CQG, and then would fail if you are not setup to get that data from them.
