Web based trading is logging off automatically

I'm trying to login to web based trading so I can trade on my phone. After initially connecting the trading connection closes. The logs show "logoff received". About 1 out of 10 times it connects successfully and doesn't log off but when I try to switch from CME to another exchange such as COMEX it logs off again. No issues from the application.
