Hello ive few question to ask you, does 1 cpu and 4gb ram with no gpu works with sierra, also ive tried this platform already and real time charts were loaded weirdly not looking real time feed. Also can you tell me the price of the trial including and not including cme products for one month if you provide month to month subscriptions. Does the emergency trial for 3 days would work to test those features,thank you. Regards.

In general, you need to pay for real-time data. Most likely you were getting the delayed streaming data, which is what we recommend you use during the trial. It acts, in all ways, the same as real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). can you tell me the price of the trial including and not including cme products for one month if you provide month to month subscriptions.
A Sierra Chart Trial is for 15 days, and you are allowed 1 trial per year. We see that you just had a trial of the software back in November, 2021. Therefore, you would need to pay to use the software. The 5 day emergency is for when you can't add funds for some reason but want to continue to use the software - knowing that you will make the payment in a few days - it is not a trial.
