Hi, I plan to continue to use CQG for now. a) Will I have to move to Service Pack 5 b) No longer receiving historic Bid/Ask data through Sierrachart Data Feed | Post: 293972 Does this mean you have stopped supporting CQG for tick data or just that you wont provide Bid/Ask values?

Thanks for your help.

What we recommend you do is move to Service Package 10 and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

For information about this, refer to:

You can also just keep Sierra Chart running and record all of the tick by tick data in real-time.

Who is your broker? They may support our new Teton order routing service.

Hi, thanks. I use Gffbrokers.

Another quick question, so if I continue to use package 3, I can continue to get tick by tick data in real time from CQG, am I correct? Will this be case after March as well? If I close Sierrachart for a few hours, would I still be able to download data from CQG or will Sierrachart have any restrictions to that?

Thanks for your help.

Yes for now, if you stay on an older version of Sierra Chart. As long as you do not update, this will be the case. However, at some point an update will be required. Probably sometime around May 2022.

Historical 1 minute data is still supported from CQG.
